Starspex24K Warranty Policy & terms

Original Starspex24K Order ID and customer verification are required.
Every claim is subject to photo/document review and product inspection.
The 30% replacement amount is calculated on the eligible replacement product price.
Standard UV lens and fitting are included; prescription/power lenses, upgrades and delivery outside the policy are extra.
One approved damage-protection replacement per eligible order unless confirmed otherwise in writing.
Replacement colour/model may vary if the original is unavailable.
